With the introduction of INC-32 - SPICe (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically) in place of form INC-29, the time taken for registration of company has reduced drastically and the fee to be paid has been scrapped off.
Spice Form provides multiple services for company registration in one single form. Following services are applied together through SPICe:
i. Name Approval (if not separately done with RUN),
ii. Director Identification Number,
iii. Registration of a new Company,
iv. Allotment of PAN & TAN.
While proceeding with Company Registration, along with other documents, INC-33 and INC-34 shall be used as formats for Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Article of Association (AoA) respectively.
Now, no fee is required to be submitted with SPICe to the MCA. The only fee is for RUN service if availed before filling up of SPICe for reservation of name for company registration. The stamp duty to be paid for Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association is as per notified in a particular state.
